We are so grateful for your patience and loyalty as we’ve been working tirelessly to safeguard our locations. At Firkin Pubs, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. As we continue to adhere to government rules for COVID-19 openings and re-openings, it is extremely important for us to keep you informed of our efforts and any changes taking place at our pubs.
Please note that Masks and/or Face Coverings are MANDATORY while INDOORS on our premises – including entering our premises for dine-in (except while eating/drinking), bathroom use and order pick-ups.

The Firkin Group of Pubs is taking the following precautions to provide a safe environment for our guests and team members:
PREVENTION OF COVID-19
If you are sick or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, please DO NOT enter the pub. We ask that you remain at home and take care of yourself.
MANDATORY MASKS FOR INDOORS
As per the Government’s Mandatory Mask Policy, all guests must wear a mask while indoors in public. This includes when entering our premises for dine-in (except while eating/drinking) to use the bathroom facilities and/or to pick-up orders.
Please respect social distancing guidelines by keeping 2-meters / 6-feet away from others. Floor decals in certain areas will guide you.
Dine-In and Patio Seating will not require seating number limitations, however overall capacity may be limited due to Physical Distancing restrictions as per Government Stage 3 opening guidelines. Please call your local pub ahead of time for availability.
Our team members have screening check-ins daily to ensure that they are ready and able to work. All of our delivery personnel, tradespeople and visitors are also screened when they arrive at the pub.
CONTACT TRACING FORM
As per Ontario Government Public Health Authority’s Mandate, we require the contact information from ONE (1) guest at every table. This information is collected solely for the purpose of COVID-19 Contact Tracing and will be kept secured for 30 days, after which it will be deleted / destroyed.
SANITIZATION AND CLEANING
We have enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols in place that are in accordance with our Public Health policies and recommendations.
We ask all of our guests to please respect and follow the Social Distancing and Safety Protocols as recommended and outlined by our Public Health Officials
